The personal Touch - We don't just register your details and run them through an automated search. Every CV registered is assessed by an experienced Consultant and every possible detail taken into account. Computers are a very useful tool, but they cannot compete with the personal touch.

We ask your permission - Wherever possible we will contact you by phone, to discuss in more depth your specific needs. We will always talk to you before submitting your details to a Client and we take care to ensure that your CV is only sent to clients where your skills and experience will be of relevance. We don't subscribe to the 'confetti' approach - successful recruitment is not just a numbers game.

We provide comprehensive job descriptions and client information. Only when we are certain you have been fully briefed and you have confirmed that you are happy to proceed will we submit your details to our client. You can be confident that your CV will not be forwarded to any client without your consent - our reputation has been built on providing an uncompromisingly ethical approach to recruitment.

Interview preparation - When an interview is secured we will ensure you are fully prepared well in advance of the interview date. You will know exactly what the format will be on the day - who you will see, any tests you are required to undertake, the duration of the interview process, whether second interviews may be needed and so on. We provide directions and advice on public transport where required (we have even been known to take you there, should circumstances necessitate!). You can feel safe in the knowledge that we will help in any way possible to ensure that you make the best of the opportunity you have gained.

We guide you through - We can also provide useful information on the current market, offer career advice, guide you through the interview process and the negotiations that follow and offer you support right up until your first day in your new job.
